Theresa Sison has 20 years of experience providing administrative support as an executive assistant and office manager for a wide range of organizations. She joined the staff of Collins Barrow Toronto LLP (formerly DMCT, LLP) in November 2002 providing primary support to Senior Managing Partners and operations staff in Audit, Tax and Transaction Advisory Services.
Theresa's work experience is centred on special projects, assisting in the formulation and preparation of publications and document design. She now serves as the office Staff Administrator providing employee support and training. Her personality and passion for helping, listening, understanding, and influencing others are the qualities best suited to her role in the business of strategic management.
Prior to joining Collins Barrow, Theresa was an executive assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of Nielsen Marketing Research where she was called upon to manage complex schedules, document process, develop bids and track projects. She also owned and managed her own garment factory in the Philippines, employing over 180 staff members.
Having spent most of her life working with people, she acquired the ability to operate with a professional attitude in a high pressure, time restrained environment. This allows her to be challenged and to explore her limits to reach a systematic approach to life. Her passion is life itself.
